Service Learning

Service Learning

(1) LIA Response to blog:
Literal

I worked to create an acoustic album with my service learner. I usally went 3 times a week to work on it. my service learner was explaining the song writing process to me and a variety of techniques to work with. They showed me really awesome ways combine chords, how to make predictability and allowed me to put in some input.

Interpretive

This helped my senior project because
- I learned about power levels
- I learned how to use different chordal structures
- I learned what ways you can structure a song
- How to set up lyrics

Applied
All those things were applied, I learned how to build a song that will generate the most money because I learned about commerical placement and power levels.

With more practice I have the ability to

have been singing/drumming/guitaring/playing piano/ playing bass

class i been in counts for around an hour and 20 minutes, that alone holds more than 30 hours.
I play an hour a day on my own around 9:00 to 10:00 every single day. I have worked on garageband many hours
this school year. I always do my garageband in Melogno's or Mr. Daly's room. I'll practice in the quad
with some random persons guitar.

Applied:
This helped answered my EQ because I was able to take different techniques

building. This applies because I am becoming stronger with my band.

I have 2 hour band practice rehearsals for upcoming shows. I have worked on garageband many hours
